For best results, preheat pizza stone for 10-15 minutes before grilling
Turn down temperature and keep grill lid open between pizzas to prevent overheating

Always use oven mitts or glove when handling hot surfaces
Scrape pizza stone immediately after each use to minimize smoke from burnt-on debris; scraping will not damage stone
Pizza stone will become seasoned with use; any discoloration is normal
Allow grill to cool completely before cleaning
Wipe exterior clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately
